Everyone from rock stars and Hollywood celebs to rebe outsiders and fashion insiders have donned a leather jacket. This first-of-its-kind exhibit traces the evolution of the garment from function clothing to a fashion-focused cultural icon. Presented by the Harley-Davidson Museum in partnership with the Experience Music Project Museum.

Chapter Officers to HOT Training

Ronnie, Janis, Jerry, Debbie, Scott, Jim, & Dave will all be attending the Harley Officers Training in Minneapolis, MN on March 30-31. They will rent a van and head up on March 29th. We will look forward to hearing all about what they learned and all the fun they had at the next meeting! Have a safe trip!!

There is none.

What’s the maximum number of associate members a full member can sponsor?
There is none.

Do I have to be a member of HOG to be a chapter member?
Yes. And, if your national membership expires, your chapter membership expires.

I’n not getting the HOG Insider or other emails from HOG. What’s the deal?
Have you updated your profile at members.hog.com? And, if you’ve shared an email with someone else in your household, go to a free provider (Yahoo!, Google, etc.) and set up your own email address. Your profile is tied to your email, so you need to have your own communication.

March 14th Dinner Ride Makes Pony Express HOG Chapter History!

The Chapter made history on Wednesday, March 14th, 2012 for the earliest dinner ride for the year! Nine members on seven bikes traveled to Savannah, MO for great fun and laughter at the Pizza Shoppe!

State Rally Meeting March 18th

A State Rally Meeting will be held at Holiday Inn Riverfront, 102 So. 3rd St. St. Joseph, Mo., in the Robidoux Room, at 5:00 p.m. This is for the State Rally 2013 bid. Janice Keith believes that we do have a really good group of volunteers. We will be making a conference call to Denny Hayward who is volunteering to be our Rally Treasurer since he lives so far away. Everybody is welcome to come to this meeting. Hope to see you there!

St. Patty’s Day Run March 18th!

Don’t forget to sign up for our St. Patty’s Day Run this Sunday, March 18th. Registration is from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 at St. Joe Harley Davidson. Ride leaves at 1:00 p.m. The weather will determine our route.

Mardi Gras this Weekend!

Float Decorating Tonight, Friday, February 17th – We will meet at Ken Smith Auto Body between 5:30-6:00 p.m. to decorate our float for the Mardi Gras parade tomorrow night. BYOB and BYOSG (staple gun) and another other tools you think might be handy.
Saturday, February 18t – We will meet up again at Ken Smith Auto Body around 5:30 p.m. Parade lineup is at 6:00 p.m. and parade starts at 8:00 p.m. This is a closed event. Only H.O.G. members will be able to ride on the float.
